Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Coordinator, located in Surat. The Client Servicing Coordinator will oversee client communications, ensure client satisfaction with delivered services, address client inquiries and concerns, and manage day-to-day interactions. This role also includes working closely with operational and finance teams to maintain seamless client servicing, while contributing to the overall growth and trust in Kahani’s offerings. Regular coordination with external vendors may also be involved in support of fulfilling client needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities to actively engage clients and manage expectations
• Basic knowledge of Finance to handle client billing, invoicing, and related queries
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree
