In the role of Client Servicing Coordinator at Kahani, you will be supporting the Client Servicing Executive by providing creative suggestions, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Client Servicing Executives in all client meetings. - Take notes, document client information during meetings, and update records in company software/sheets. - Handle all client queries and concerns efficiently. - Provide relevant service information or refer clients to the appropriate department. - Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management database by entering and updating client details. - Assist in developing presentations and quotations. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while assisting customers. - Ensure a positive customer experience. - Continuously follow up on event execution as per the clients" vision. - Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. - Strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedures set by the company for Client Servicing Executives. - Report to top management. - Undertake any additional tasks assigned by top management. Qualifications Required: - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Creative and aesthetic knowledge - Technical proficiency - Negotiation skills Note: Education required for the job is Graduation in BBA, B.Com, or equivalent.
