Client Servicing Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be supporting the Client Servicing Executive at Kahani - by i2c Events in providing creative suggestions, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless client interactions. Your role will involve assisting in client meetings, handling queries efficiently, maintaining client records, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Client Servicing Executives in all client meetings - Take notes, document client information, and update records in company software/sheets - Handle all client queries and concerns efficiently - Provide relevant service information or refer clients to the appropriate department - Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management database - Assist in developing presentations and quotations - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Continuously follow up on event execution as per the clients" vision - Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders - Follow the Standard Operating Procedures set by the company for Client Servicing Executives - Undertake any additional tasks assigned by top management Qualification Required: - Graduation in BBA, B.Com, or equivalent - Skills required include excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, creative and aesthetic knowledge, technical proficiency, and negotiation skills - Experience required is either fresher or up to 1 year of experience,
