Job Description

As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and strategically expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying key personnel within multinational corporations, fostering strong relationships, expanding our client network, and exploring new markets and opportunities. This role requires a solution- oriented mind-set, exceptional strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the client base within the IT industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, particularly within large multinational corporations.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to deepen engagement and expand our footprint within their organizations.
  • Expand network with clientsto increase our market presenceand drive businessgrowth.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address client needs and challenges effectively.
  • Act at a strategic level to explorenew markets, industries, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internalteams to leverage resources and capabilities to meet client demands effectively.
  • Utilize market researchand analysis to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and delivercompelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Drive revenue growththrough upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trendsand competitor activities to inform sales strategies.


  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction levels and identifyareas for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM systemsto track sales activities, manageleads, and forecast revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relatedfield.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the IT staffing industryis highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skillswith the abilityto influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the abilityto develop and execute effectivesales plans.
  • Solution-orientedmind-set with a proactive approachto problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
