Client Services Specialist

Job Description: You will support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients" needs and objectives through collaboration with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Product. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all operational issues are well recorded and remediated in partnership with local Ops teams, delivering compelling oral and written presentations, and establishing forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team. You will be the escalation point of contact for Ops teams and resolve relationship and account level queries of clients/fund managers. Additionally, you will keep awareness of the latest product, process, business, and market updates, implement process improvements, and enable technology adoption within the team to reduce manual intervention. Collaboration with wider teams across all regions to manage efficiency through automation and remediation of manual tasks will also be part of your role.
