Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for accepting and time stamping applications, addressing walk-in clients" queries and complaints, conducting thorough scrutiny and quality checks on application forms, and completing standard verifications from clients or distributors. You will also handle filling deposit slips, manage cheque banking following guidelines, and report large value transactions through the system. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as branch administration tasks and correspondence with various functions. Additionally, you should be able to coordinate effectively with the Registrar, Head Office, Vendors, and the Sales team to resolve queries. To excel in this position, you should possess a positive attitude, maintain a disciplined approach to work, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a desire to learn and grow professionally. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Mutual Fund background or banking sector. A graduate degree is required for this position.,
