Client Services Manager

You are highly proficient Client Servicing professional with substantive expertise in developing and managing client relationships, acumen in brand activations, experiential marketing, and events. As a high achiever and result-oriented Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Client Servicing - Project management including working on project briefs, reporting, documentation, and on-ground support - Collaborate with the creative team for conceptualization and create pitch presentations for projects - Manage large and small scale events ensuring financial, legal, production, and creative feasibility - Guide management on terms and conditions of the tender/brief - Conceptualize and implement large scale events, provide communication strategies, and achieve organizational targets - Develop event strategies based on market requirements and business potential - Estimate client spend, conduct venue recce, and venue plotting - Directly interact with clients for event direction, presentation, and management - Finalize prices through negotiations with clients or provide standard rate card - Ensure self and team performance - Process management - Adhere to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures - Prepare pre-event P&L with the production team - Develop a detailed project plan with activities and timelines for project delivery Special Skills: - Excellent presentation skills - Strong team player with management skills capable of playing various roles within the team - Ability to present work effectively and lead client conversations About Wizcraft: Wizcraft is a leading communication & entertainment company in India, specializing in creating unique experiences in events, exhibitions, activations, television, PR, and digital space.
