Role Overview This is an end-to-end Sales & Marketing role where you're responsible for generating enquiries, nurturing leads, and closing deals for digital marketing and branding services. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure proper execution and client success. Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Digital Services Location: Pune Experience: 3–4 years (Min. 2 years in Digital Marketing Agency Sales MANDATORY). Key Responsibilities Plan and execute outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns (organic and paid) and generate high-quality enquiries Represent RenB in industry groups, webinars, and networking platforms to build a strong prospect base Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize lead-gen efforts Prospect, pitch, and convert clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content, Branding, Websites, etc.) Own and manage the sales funnel from lead to closure using Zoho CRM Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and present tailored service offerings Follow up on leads generated by marketing and build a strong pipeline Work closely with internal teams (strategy, design, content, delivery) to ensure seamless on boarding and handover Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth Represent the brand professionally in client meetings and events. Candidate Profile – Sales-Driven Focus Proven sales performer with 3–4 years of experience in services sales, preferably digital/creative agencies Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency handling end-to-end sales Strong consultative selling skills — understands client needs and aligns them to service offerings Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing short sales cycles Experience in outbound sales (cold outreach, email, LinkedIn) and converting inbound leads Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar tools for pipeline tracking Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Hustler mindset — self-motivated, persistent, and result-oriented.
