Client Services Manager

You will be working as a Client Services Manager at R K SWAMY Ltd. in Kolkata, with 6-8 years of experience in client servicing. Your responsibilities will include: - Actively participating in developing Brand/Communication strategies based on clients" sales and marketing objectives. Initiating Brand planning discussions between the client and agency teams. - Independently working on assignments, handling client meetings, taking briefs, and presenting the Agency's recommendations on such assignments. - Minuting and circulating all discussions/briefs/information post-client meetings, telephonic, or email interactions with the client. - Obtaining, tabulating, maintaining, and updating sales and market share information for the client and its competitors, sharing this with other team members. - Preparing briefs for creative development, Market planning, Market Research, etc. Conducting internet searches and compiling information to support the development of work for the client. Preparation of job requisitions for the Studio, Creative Department, Media, production, etc. - Regularly following up with Studio, Media, Production, Film, and other departments to ensure ongoing jobs are executed as per the brief and time schedules. - Coordinating with and assisting relevant departments in photography assignments, film/TV production, radio production, etc. - Supervising and ensuring that all estimates and bills are submitted on time and approved/acknowledged by the client.
