Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and nurture client relationships across various organizational levels, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Formulate and execute client strategies in alignment with their objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to conceptualize, execute, and optimize campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Generate and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients, effectively communicating campaign strategies and value propositions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client briefs, overseeing projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effectively brief and manage external suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of project components.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure timely billing and payments in accordance with client agreements.
  • Monitor industry competitors and maintain comprehensive records of competitive activities and communications.
  • Provide valuable insights and inputs for new business pitches, leveraging market intelligence and agency capabilities to secure new opportunities.


Qualification Required:


  • Post Graduate


Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years of account management experience (mainline) in an advertising agency


Skills/ Competencies Required:


  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with a knack for captivating presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling and strategically aligned presentations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across all organizational levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Confidence and zeal in client-facing presentations, exuding professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in team management, with the capability to effectively lead and motivate teams towards shared goals.
  • Possesses a proactive 'can-do' attitude, driven by a relentless commitment to surpass expectations and achieve excellence in every endeavor.
