Client Services Manager

As the Manager of Client Services working under the Retail Studio Managing Director, you will be responsible for pursuing major opportunities, generating profitable growth, and increasing market share by sourcing new clients and project leads, while also collaborating with existing clients to explore new and expanded opportunities. Your duties will include leading retail business development efforts by securing both new and repeat business through on-call accounts and variable project pursuits with key stakeholders in the retail sector. You will be expected to execute quarterly and annual goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve business development objectives. Additionally, you will identify and participate in industry events and networking functions to promote our services and establish connections with key stakeholders in the retail design community. Working closely with senior client services leaders, you will be involved in the development of proposals, collateral, advertising, web content, branding, messaging, presentation formats, database, and public relations programs/campaigns. It will be crucial for you to conduct market analysis to stay informed about cross-category retail industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in order to shape business development strategies and proposal development effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a BA or advanced degree in marketing, sales, architecture, design, or related fields. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a progressive sales and marketing role, demonstrating the ability to identify, locate, and close large accounts and variable projects within the retail sector. Experience in selling retail architecture and design services and/or corporate real estate industry sales is required. Being highly motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team is essential. A proven track record of securing new business and managing client relationships within the retail design field, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, will be advantageous for success in this position.,
