Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in client relationship management, campaign coordination, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

● Understand client goals and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

● Coordinate with internal departments (creative, marketing, and technical) for project execution.

● Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and campaign updates to clients.

● Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

● Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.

● Maintain thorough documentation of client communications and project briefs.

● Foster long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.

● Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
