Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Onboard & Support:

    Guide new counsellors through registration, training, and certification.
  • Stay Connected:

    Call, WhatsApp, and email counsellors to resolve queries and share updates.
  • Promote Usage:

    Encourage participation in live sessions, modules, and community activities.
  • Drive Renewals & Upsell:

    Identify opportunities for higher certifications and renewals.
  • Track Progress:

    Maintain dashboards, share feedback, and ensure active engagement.
  • Collaborate:

    Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 13 years

    in Customer Success / Client Servicing / Inside Sales / EdTech Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; Hindi or regional language a plus).
  • Good at follow-ups, relationship building, and multitasking.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in education, growth, and people.
