Client Service Executive

Role Overview: As a Client Service Executive at L4 Lavender Media, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring smooth client communication and satisfaction in an advertising or media agency environment. Your role will involve serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, understanding client needs, planning and executing campaigns, building long-term relationships with clients, preparing reports and proposals, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
