Job Description

The Client Service Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements, coordinating with internal teams. This role focuses on client communication, project coordination, proposal creation, event planning support, and post-event follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Communication Understand client expectations, objectives, and event requirements. Provide timely updates, status reports, and feedback to clients. Build long-term professional relationships to promote repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or equivalent. Minimum 1–2years experience in event management or client servicing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking ability. Knowledge of event production, vendor coordination, and budgeting preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and event management software (optional).
