Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at Yatrdham Org, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong connections with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting lasting engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and managing positive relationships with clients, groups, and partner organizations. - Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Proactively anticipating client needs and offering personalized support. - Developing a deep understanding of client preferences and spiritual goals. - Communicating effectively with clients through various channels and providing accurate information about our services and events. - Implementing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. - Organizing and participating in client events and gatherings. - Addressing and resolving client issues in a professional and empathetic manner. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance service quality. - Contributing to the improvement of the customer journey. - Maintaining and enhancing CRM systems and identifying opportunities for organizational growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Genuine interest in spirituality, cultural heritage, and community service. - Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion. - Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
