Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales and distribution of various financial products while maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution: Promote and sell financial products, including mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, PMS, and private equity and Insurance and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance product distribution. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on financial products and services. Provide clients with regular updates on market trends, product performance, and investment opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably in financial services. Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. This is a pure sales profile (On-Site) offering a strong and lucrative incentive structure along with competitive fixed compensation.
