Job Summary:

Relationship Manager

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a pure sales profile (On-Site) offering a strong and lucrative incentive structure along with competitive fixed compensation.

Products to Be Handled:

•⁠ ⁠Mutual Funds

•⁠ ⁠PMS (Portfolio Management Services)

•⁠ ⁠AIF (Alternative Investment Funds)

•⁠ ⁠Demat Accounts

•⁠ ⁠Bonds

•⁠ ⁠Insurance (Life & General)

•⁠ ⁠Fixed Deposits (FDs)

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Acquisition of new clients (Retail and HNI)

•⁠ ⁠Business development through corporates and institutional clients

•⁠ ⁠Conducting and coordinating investor awareness sessions, corporate sessions, and institutional presentations

•⁠ ⁠Managing client relationships and cross-selling financial products

Compensation:

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹5 LPA

•⁠ ⁠Attractive performance-based incentives over and above fixed salary

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

•⁠ ⁠Educational and professional background strictly in Finance (candidates from other industries will not be considered)

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial product sales

•⁠ ⁠Valid NISM VA Certification
