* Manage and coordinate **Paying Guest (PG) properties** as an Area Manager
* Handle **client & tenant relationships**
* Resolve daily operational issues and ensure smooth PG management
🧠 **Required Skills:**
* Good **communication & convincing skills**
* Basic **English speaking ability**
* Basic knowledge of **Social Media, ChatGPT, Computer operations**
* Working knowledge of **Excel** and online tools
⏰ **Shift Timings:**
* **9:00 AM – 6:00 PM**
* **12:00 PM – 9:00 PM**
⚡ **Joining:** Immediate
💰 **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🎯 **Incentives:** Attractive incentive structure (Good earning potential)
