Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager at RLJS Industrial Solutions. The role is based in Kolkata, with some work from home flexibility. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of experience in the required field
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in client relationship management
• Knowledge of industrial tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
