Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main contact point for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services. Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Work with internal departments to align services with client goals. Keep accurate records of client communication and updates in CRM. Identify opportunities for upselling or service improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
