Job Description

Responsibilities: Understand Client Needs: Identify client preferences and requirements for each event. Plan and Organize Events: Ensure events are planned and executed within time and budget constraints. Manage Vendors: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for catering, decoration, and entertainment. Oversee Event Operations: Handle all aspects of event operations, including venue preparation, invitations, food, and drinks. Client Liaison: Regularly update clients on event progress and maintain strong relationships. Provide Customized Solutions: Tailor solutions to meet client needs. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Ensure timely service fulfilment by working with internal teams. Collect Feedback: Gather feedback and resolve client complaints. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company processes related to PO/Contract/Advances. Manage Branding: Oversee the branding process for clients. Develop Business: Expand business with existing clients and generate new business. Ensure Contract Compliance: Ensure clients sign contracts and make timely payments. Manage Logistics: Handle suppliers and all event logistics. Publicize Events: Work with sales and marketing teams to promote the event. Oversee Production Quality: Ensure high production quality for events.
