Role Summary

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision

• Oversee stall fabrication, setup, dismantling, and finishing.
  
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to approved designs & layouts.
  
• Maintain production quality in line with pharmaceutical compliance norms.
  

• Project Management

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  
• Coordinate with design, operations, and client servicing teams for seamless delivery.
  
• Provide regular progress reports and highlight potential risks or delays.
  

• Vendor & Team Coordination

• Identify and manage vendors across different cities.
  
• Negotiate costs while ensuring quality and timely execution.
  
• Supervise local production teams and ensure adherence to company standards.
  

• Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Act as the on-ground point of contact during setup and execution.
  
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure client satisfaction.
  

• Compliance & Safety

• Ensure that stalls meet pharmaceutical industry guidelines, branding norms, and safety standards.
  
• Conduct post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  stall fabrication, exhibition production, and on-ground execution

  .
• Prior experience with

  pharmaceutical exhibitions / regulated industries

  preferred.
• Excellent

  vendor management, negotiation, and cost control

  skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on

  timelines and quality delivery

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office / project tracking tools

  .

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in

  Event Management, Production, Operations, or related field

  .

• 3–6 years

  of experience in exhibition stall production and execution.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively across India

  (city-to-city project deployments).
