Role Overview: We are looking for a warm, driven, and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be the face and voice of the clinic for our patients. This role is pivotal to creating a smooth, comforting and elevated experience - both online and in-clinic - and ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and well taken care of. Key Responsibilities: Client Experience Management (Front Desk) Greet and guide patients with warmth and empathy. Ensure seamless coordination of appointments, follow-ups, and procedures. Relationship Building & Retention Build long-term trust with clients through proactive communication and thoughtful gestures. Handle client concerns or complaints with grace, speed, and discretion. Operational Coordination Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure accurate scheduling. Ensure front desk operations run smoothly with SOPs, checklists, and daily reporting. Counselling & Brand Experience Understand treatment offerings deeply to counsel on the relevant services. Support promotional campaigns, new service launches, and curated events. Ideal Candidate: 2–5 years of experience in wellness or aesthetic clinics, client servicing, hospitality or luxury retail. Strong communication skills — clear, polite, empathetic. Attention to detail, organized and solution-oriented. Fluent in English and Hindi. Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital-first communication (WhatsApp, email). A natural people person who thrives in high-trust, high-empathy environments.
