About the Role We’re now looking for an energetic Marketing Associate to help us take our brand to the next level. This role goes beyond managing campaigns — you’ll be helping shape brand decisions, build marketing systems from scratch, and bring powerful ideas to life. What You’ll Do Identify brand and business opportunities across channels Ideate and execute fresh, bold marketing campaigns Work closely on content strategy (reels, posts, blogs, activations) Drive execution — working with teams, freelancers, and agencies Be a brand guardian — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Who You Are 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency/startup/brand side) Strong grasp of content — what works, what doesn’t, and why Able to think creatively, and act operationally Obsessed with detail, deadlines, and delivering outcomes Passionate about brand-building and doing meaningful work What You’ll Get A high-ownership role where your ideas matter Direct access to the founding team A chance to build a brand from the ground up Work that impacts real people, every single day Show more Show less
