Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO

  activities including keyword research, internal linking, meta-tag optimization, backlinking, and guest blogging
• Manage, update, and optimize content on the company’s

  WordPress website

• Drive brand presence and engagement

  across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels

• Create high-quality marketing content —

  blogs, case studies, emailers, newsletters, social media copy, and web content

• Build impactful

  presentations and pitch decks

  with clarity, structure, and visual appeal
• Use tools like

  Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and SEO platforms

  to track campaign performance and generate insights
• Leverage

  AI-powered tools

  (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper, etc.) for content generation, research, and automation

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders

  (e.g., designers, developers, business teams) and external vendors/agencies
• Stay updated on the latest in digital marketing, SEO best practices, WordPress trends, and AI tools

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA

  or Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital/content marketing
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress and SEO techniques (on-page + off-page)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholder relationships
• Skilled in tools like

  Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, PowerPoint

• Ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-specific content
• A team player with strong attention to detail, initiative, and creative problem-solving abilities
