Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions using appropriate products or services Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound communication Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Provide regular reports on client feedback, activity, and market trends to management Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitors’ offerings Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar customer-facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
