JD - CRM Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Anzen Technologies Private Limited for our clients both existing and potential. You will build long-term relationships, understand their business needs, ensure a high level of satisfaction, and help convert trust into continued collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. • Ensure regular follow-ups, check-ins, and personalized engagement to enhance client satisfaction. • Schedule and conduct regular review meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide proactive solutions. • Handle onboarding processes for new clients. • Ensure smooth handovers from the sales team, and build rapport from day one. • Host client lunches, attend industry events, and represent the brand externally. • Maintain and track meeting schedules with internal teams and clients. • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop and refine CRM strategies. • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client experiences. • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs. • Track client history, engagement frequency, feedback, and contract renewals. • Act as a point of escalation for any client grievances and ensure resolution with speed and empathy. • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends to have meaningful client conversations. Skills & Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in tech or cybersecurity sectors. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and calendar management abilities. • Comfortable with client-facing interactions both formal and informal. • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach. • Ability to collaborate with internal teams especially sales and operations. • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
