Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Client Servicing Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. They will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling client inquiries, and communicating with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Manage client accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information. • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Communicate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of client relationships. • Develop and implement client service strategies and initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for process improvements. • Conduct client meetings and prepare reports on the status of client accounts. • Meet with clients regularly to discuss ongoing projects, provide updates on progress, and identify potential issues. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in client servicing or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs. • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
