About the Role: RaphaCure is currently undergoing a complete rebranding, and we’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who is confident in visual storytelling, social media content, and motion/animation design. This role is primarily focused on graphic design and animation, but if you also have skills in UI/UX, that’s a great bonus! We’re seeking someone who understands the intent behind every design brief and can deliver without constant direction. If you're someone who can take an idea and turn it into scroll-stopping visuals, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing: Designing social media creatives across platforms (static, carousel, short-form animated) Creating motion graphics, reels, explainer videos, or animated elements Working on brand visuals, marketing collateral, and storytelling through design Supporting UI/UX design projects when needed (not a core focus but a plus) What We’re Looking For: A portfolio that shows range and originality in graphic design and motion/animation work Someone who understands design trends and visual consistency Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or micromanagement Passion for design across different formats—digital-first thinking is a must No formal degree required—we hire based on your skills and work Tools You Should Be Comfortable With: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Video and animation tools – for reels, transitions, explainer videos, etc. Figma – nice to have for UI/UX contributions Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway ML is a bonus
