Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Client Servicing Manager to strengthen relationships with corporate and healthcare partners, ensure smooth service execution, and drive client satisfaction and renewals. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners. Oversee delivery of health checkups, wellness camps, and vaccination drives. Ensure SLA and TAT compliance with prompt issue resolution. Track client performance through reports and review dashboards. Identify renewal, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Skills & QualificationsGraduate or MBA in Business / Healthcare / Operations. 4–7 years’ experience in client servicing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or insurance.
