About the Role:

Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

onsite role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned clients and partners.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Support senior leadership during client interactions and business reviews.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and track progress on commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Experience:

    0-1 year

    in client servicing, account coordination, or customer relationship management.
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Strong

    presentation

    and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and client-facing confidence.
