Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relations Executive, your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will be expected to: - Make sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met. - Ensure existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. - Collect honest feedback from clients. - Resolve queries and questions of all clients. - Provide support and information to clients about company products or services. - Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed. - Address client inquiries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction and trust. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Thorough knowledge of products/services. - At least 1 year of experience in client relations or similar roles. - Polite and customer-friendly demeanor in all interactions. - Strong ability to conduct consistent and result-oriented follow-ups.
