Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end customer relationship management for real estate projects.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth sales-to-possession process.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage client documentation and maintain CRM database records accurately.
• Conduct property site visits with clients when required.
• Ensure high levels of customer retention through excellent service.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 4 years of work experience in the real estate industry.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Good presentation skills and professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local property markets.
• Proven track record in client relationship handling.

Salary: 25000 to 35000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
