Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale is closed
• Manage the complete customer life cycle-from booking to possession and beyond
• Coordinate with internal teams(sales, legal ,finance, construction)to address customer queries and concerns.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding construction progress, documentation and hand over timelines
• Handle customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee documentation processes including agreement execution , payment schedules and registration.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and followup for outstanding dues.
• Organise and conduct site visits, client meetings and property handovers
• Build strong, long lasting customer relationships to improve client retention and referral business.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA or related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate/automobile industry.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office and CRM software.
• Good understanding of real estate documentation and post sales processes.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
