Responsibilities

• Manage CEO'S calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Screen and prioritise emails , calls and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
• Coordinate complex, domestic and international travel including detail itineraries.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Draft, edit and proofread documents, reports and presentations for the CEO.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal team, board members and external partners.
• Track deadlines, manage task followups and support project execution as needed.
• Prepare and submit expanse reports and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institution.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C level executives, preferably in a fast paced or high growth environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise task and maintain attention to detail.
• Female candidates preferred.
