Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and meetings. Understand client goals, preferences, and challenges. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. Project Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, web, social media). Prepare and manage project briefs and timelines. Track deliverables and ensure timely execution. Resolve project-related issues promptly. Proposal & Pitch Support Assist in preparing proposals and presentations. Incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement. Client Onboarding Guide new clients through onboarding. Set clear expectations on timelines and deliverables. Feedback & Revisions Collect and interpret client feedback. Coordinate revisions with production teams. Performance Reporting Collaborate with the digital marketing team to prepare monthly reports (social media, SEO, ad campaigns). Present results and suggest improvements. Market & Competitor Insights Research trends and competitors. Share insights to support client brand positioning. Documentation & CRM Maintain detailed records of communications and agreements. Use CRM tools to track client status and follow-ups. Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to offer additional services. Educate clients about new offerings from JCUBE Productions. Crisis Handling & Conflict Resolution Manage complaints and resolve conflicts diplomatically. Escalate issues to management when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
