Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and sustaining relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing suitable property solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, property showings, and follow-ups. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to facilitate transactions, as well as ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple clients
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM and real estate management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Compensation

Fixed Salary 40,000-60,000 per month + Variables of upto 3Lakh P.A. based on the revenue achieved.
