Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female CRM Executive to handle customer relationship management activities. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, improving client satisfaction, managing CRM software, and supporting sales & after-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer database using CRM tools/software .
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
Follow up on leads, quotations, service requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service history.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement.
Generate and analyze CRM reports for internal review.
Support marketing campaigns, client communication, and promotional follow-ups.
Assisting the MD, setting up appointments, making travel arrangements.

Required Skills:

Experience in CRM/customer service/sales coordination roles.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM software/tools.
Basic understanding of sales and customer lifecycle.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in voice support required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

1 - 5 years of experience.
Past experience with support B2B customer over phone.
