What You’ll Do

• Design

  marketing collaterals

  (catalogues, brochures, decks, flyers, etc.) that make us stand out.
• Capture and edit

  product photography

  to showcase our offerings in the best light.
• Shape and design

  website pages, landing pages, and digital assets

  .
• Create engaging

  newsletters and email designs

  that convert.
• Conceptualize and edit

  videos & reels

  for campaigns, storytelling, and launches.
• Build

  social media content

  (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that drives engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing & content teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across all touchpoints.
• Explore and leverage

  AI-powered design, content, and automation tools

  to boost creativity and productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience

  in graphic design, digital content, or creative marketing.
• Expert in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with

  Figma / Adobe XD / Webflow

  for web and digital design.
• Good understanding in

  video editing, motion graphics, and photography

  .
• Understanding of

  social media trends & content formats

  .
• Strong visual sense: typography, color, layout, and branding.
• Good at multitasking and thriving in

  fast-paced, startup culture

  .
• Bonus points for:

• Background in Fine Arts, Design, or Visual Communication

• Experience with email marketing design

  (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

• Knowledge of AI tools

  (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up ideation and content creation.
• Curiosity about

  3D/AR design
