Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship and Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing client appointments, diary management, and other associated activities of day-to-day office operations. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with clients to provide updates on their cases.
General Responsibilities: -
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. - Facilitate collection of consultation fees and maintain accurate records of payments. Reconcile the daily collection and update the records daily. - Coordinate with the lawyers in the team and other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and tracker updates. - Perform general administrative tasks, file and record keeping, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.
Important Responsibilities -
Communicate with clients regarding progress updates on their cases and any other relevant information. - Handle Incoming and Outgoing Communications over Emails / WhatsApp and other platforms. - Manage appointments and listing of cases for lawyers and other staff. - Assist in Listing Activities, Diary management and Scheduling of Meetings. - Update the CRM System on a daily basis and ensure “Availability of Information” “Completeness of Information” and “Accuracy of Information” - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements: -
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably professional services. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
