Job Title: Client Relation Executive

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Bund Garden Road, Pune

Job Summary:

The Client Relation Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up on client interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM or relevant systems.
  • Support account managers in renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling activities where applicable.
  • Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and performance dashboards as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
