Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Relationship Executive to join our team at Hooqx. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and candidates. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and candidates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality service.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on client interactions, performance, and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• lBachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in handling international clients or candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary:
As per industry standards; based on experience and last drawn salary.
