The Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. Success in this position means meeting sales targets, expanding market presence, and developing strategies that enhance brand visibility. This role works closely with both the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and support the overall business objectives of the organization. RESPONSIBILITES Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenue. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for potential clients. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to improve results. Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and outstation marketing activities. Travel to different locations as required for client meetings, Sampling etc . QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Willingness to travel for outstation marketing, client meetings, and events. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
