Our Chennai office is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Executive to strengthen our support for Telugu-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and queries from Telugu-speaking customers with professionalism and courtesy. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service updates. Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to track shipments and provide accurate information to customers. Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure quick resolution. Maintain updated customer records and follow up proactively for repeat business. Promote company services and assist in upselling or cross-selling when appropriate. Prepare basic reports on customer feedback, call logs, and service performance.
