About the Role: -

Executive – Client Relations

Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for events are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and summits.
• Assist in identifying and onboarding sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, industry bodies, and partners to build lasting relationships.
• Participate in industry networking forums and build connections in target markets.
• Help draft client proposals and negotiate engagement terms under supervision.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams for event success.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records and timelines using CRM and other project tools.
• Attend site visits and events as needed (occasional domestic/international travel may be required).

Requirements:

• Freshers only – No prior experience required (0 years of experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as part of the job.
