We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. ### **Position:** Client Relation Executive **Department:** Client Relations **Vacancies:** 4–6 positions ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. * Generate quality leads and support the sales process. * Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up effectively. * Communicate clearly and persuasively to promote financial services. * Work towards achieving monthly performance and lead-generation targets. ### **Preferred Background:** * **Banking or financial services** background preferred. * 2–3 years of experience in outbound customer calling or tele-sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in speech, confident, and target-driven. ### **Educational Qualification:** * **MBA / Postgraduate** preferred (graduates with strong communication skills may also apply). ### **Age Limit:** * Candidates **born after 1998** (maximum age: 25 years). ### **Compensation & Benefits:** * **Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on face-to-face & training evaluation). * **Training:** 15 days of paid training after face-to-face selection round. * **Incentives:** Additional performance-based bonuses on target achievement. ### **Work Location:** **CritiGo Services Pvt.
