Client Relations Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for international clients, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Maintain client records, prepare reports, and update CRM tools accurately
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
  • Address client queries promptly and provide effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, coordination, or support (preferably in IT/tech services/BPO)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident, presentable, and adept at handling international clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work across different time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Preferred

  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management platforms
