We are growing and looking for a dynamic, people-oriented professional to lead our client relations and oversee day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

As the Client Relations & Operations Lead, you will be the key link between our clients, the clinical team, and management. Your role will ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer experience, and efficient handling of business processes. You will take ownership of both client-facing interactions and backend operational coordination to drive growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client relations: welcome, engage, and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and client communications.
  • Oversee the front desk and day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries or concerns with professionalism.
  • Support business growth through upselling, membership management, and client retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with aestheticians and management for smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Generate reports on client satisfaction, operations, and performance metrics.
  • Train and guide support staff to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in client relations, operations, or hospitality management (aesthetic/beauty/wellness industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Client-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / booking software.
  • Ability to lead a team and ensure operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹126,000.00 - ₹132,000.00 per year
