Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facial Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of skin health, hands-on expertise in facials and aesthetic treatments, and the ability to deliver personalized care that aligns with Aesthet’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials, advanced skin treatments, and aesthetic procedures as per protocols.
• Assess client skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and homecare regimens.
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain a luxury service experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in aesthetics.
• Maintain treatment records, hygiene, and clinic standards.
• Support promotional activities and introduce clients to new services.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in professional facials or skincare (freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
• Good knowledge of facial anatomy, skin concerns, and advanced facial techniques.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Passion for skincare, continuous learning, and delivering results.
